This website is operated by Figtree Family Wellness Center ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the limited circumstances under which we share it. We have written it to be readable, not to bury the point.

Information we collect

If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, the service you indicated interest in, and the message text.

We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website. Please do not include medical details, diagnoses, or other sensitive information in your message. We will follow up with you to discuss those topics in a clinical setting.

How we use the information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a visit if appropriate, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Spam protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated submissions. Turnstile analyzes signals about your browser and request to decide whether to allow the submission. The Turnstile widget may set cookies or use similar storage for that purpose.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in a hosted Postgres database (Neon). We retain submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing wellness@figtreefamily.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies on this site. The Turnstile widget may use storage as described above.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
